insighttoolkit4-python software package provides Image processing toolkit for registration and segmentation - Python bindings, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install insighttoolkit4-python
insighttoolkit4-python is installed in your system.
Make ensure the insighttoolkit4-python package were installed using the commands given below,
